His genetic merit is equally impressive. Mystery Man ranks in the Top 10% for SDAFD, the Top 15% for Standard Deviation of Fiber (SF), and the Top 25% for % Fiber Over 30 Microns, making him an outstanding choice for breeders focused on measurable fleece improvement. Fiber analysis by Dr. Norm Evans further confirms his elite status: Exceptional fiber cluster uniformity with consistent size, shape, and placement. Outstanding follicle density of 74.75 follicles/mm². An impressive secondary-to-primary follicle ratio (S/P) of 12.5:1. Excellent gland structure with Level 1 of 4 gland presence and 60% secondary fiber medullation. Secondary fibers averaging 19.1 microns and primary fibers averaging 28.1 microns, resulting in a favorable 9.0-micron differential. An exceptional Average Fiber Diameter (AFD) of just 19.81 microns.
